In a quiet residential area, yet centrally located, and on the first floor of a new building. It is bright with modern furnishings and offers plenty of space for 2 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a dining table for up to 4 people. The comfortable sofa bed measures 1.40m x 2.00m. In the spacious bathroom you will find a shower tub, a large vanity, as well as the toilet and a bidet.

The studio apartment also has electric shutters, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and of course free access to the Internet via WLAN. You can watch TV via a SMART-TV with Spanish, English and German programs. From the small terrace you can reach the community pool (open in summer only) through the always blooming garden.

Studio Poseidon is ideal for a long, summer beach vacation, but also great for a short stay (from 3 nights). A perfect stopover on a tour of Andalusia. The location on the ground floor is also ideal for people with mobility problems.

Payment arrangements: 20% booking deposit payable within 7 days.
Balance of rental price 6 weeks before arrival.
Security deposit, fees for utiities and any additional costs are payable in cash on arrival.
Refundable security deposit: Security Deposit of 150 Euros is required. The deposit will be returned on the day of departure, or at the latest within one week. Full refund is subject to the accommodation being left undamaged and in a tidy condition. Any unpaid fees or utility costs may be deducted from the refund.

Location:

Studio Poseidon is located in the urbanization Mare Nostrum in the western part of Nerja. Everything is in easy reach, no transport required. Restaurants, shopping facilities, and entertainment are in the immediate vicinity. be reached in only 10-15 minutes.

Plaza Tuti Frutti with bars and discos, the beaches Playa Torrecilla and Playa Playazo with their typical Spanish beach restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. The old town of Nerja with the Balcon de Europa can also The beach is a 5 minute drive, the same to the city center of Nerja. There is also a bus line that runs every half hour towards the beach and the center. There is a small supermarket in the complex and the bus station is only 200 m away.

Entertainment and Activities:

There are three golf courses within 15/20 minutes drive from Nerja. The town has a public indoor swimming pool. There are tennis courts and a paddle court located beside the Supermarket Supersol on the main road towards Maro.

Shoppers are well catered for, with a colourful gallery of local boutiques and supermarkets plus the regular weekly market (held on Tuesdays). There is also a huge shopping centre called "El Ingenio" with all kinds of stores, supermarkets, a department store, cinemas and restaurants about 15 minutes away in Velez Malaga.

In Torre del Mar there is a huge water park for family fun, open during summer months.

Nerja is one of Spain's best kept towns with a unique and authentic atmosphere all of its own. It is an idyllic and peaceful location, just great for outdoor dining and entertainment all year round. It is a law abiding area and relatively crime free. You will enjoy your stay here.
